The venue is beautifully kept, fairly clean and the location is unbeatable very close to the Chateau Frontenac, most tourist attractions, the park. Good experience and affable staff.

the room was huge with 2 double beds on second floor. we loved a good restaurant with a local menu.

Really enjoyed lovely breakfast and extremely comfy bed. Really very very helpful personnel. I got the queen room, it was elegant and immaculate. The service was excellent in my opinion.

Our whole experience was really great, would be happy to recommend. Staff were charming and we loved our being there. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. They gave us an economy double room with cross ventilation, an en suite bathroom and park view.

No complaints.

Courteous staff, ideal location, regular double rooms. Extensive breakfast, excellent food, reasonably priced. Comfortable beds, climate control, Nespresso coffee and free tea were a nice touch. The service was great too. Also with its fine wifi I could post videos etc.

It was an easy base for our thoroughly enjoyable stay. Everything in this hotel was cool: fabulous central location and TRULY KIND staff. Breakfast was generous and eggs, cheese, coffee and hot waffles were available. Late check out too.
